Video: DNA Origami Immobilization on Parylen surfaces
A new demonstration video from DeDNAed is out! We take you step by step through the following processes:
- After cleaning the chips, they are subjected to plasma activation.
- The chips undergo pre-hybridization treatment, testing various conditions to find the optimal protocol.
- Finally, the DNA origami hybrid is immobilized onto the surface substrate.
- This is followed by a series of buffer washing steps, ensuring removal of residual unbound DNA origami hybrids.
- Thereafter, the chips are dried.
- Finally, the chips are mounted to the AFM stage for analysis and subsequent measurements are performed.
